A War of Firsts
World War I introduced many things for the first time. Prior to the Great War many European Countries had become industrialized (had factories to create things). This would set the stage for many inventions that would be used during the war. Watch the video below for some firsts of WWI.
The Causes of WWII always make it a point for students to understand that it takes many factors coming together to cause nations to try and destroy one another. For men to meet in the fields of battle and attempt to kill one another, happened from a build up of tensions over time. WWI is a perfect example of this. I will attempt to explain the factors that came together that caused so many to die in Europe and later drew the United States into the fight. Click play to the right to begin. Also the terms underneath will help guide you through this discussion.
